  2. NCLC (The National Consumer Law Center) This is primarily a paid site for attorneys, but they offer a few free, consumer-facing 50-state surveys of laws on the following topics:
    • State Debt Collection Laws
    • State Evictions Rules
    • State Covid 19 Restrictions
    • State Wage Garnishment issues
