- In Nevada, you can use an Affidavit procedue if the gross value of the property doesn't exceed $100,000 and there's no Nevada real property (if spouse); $25,000 (for anyone else). Because this is higher than the federal minimum wage of $7.25, employees in Nevada must be paid at least $11.25 an hour.
